Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from within the app. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle. All upgrades are prorated.
What happens if I exceed my location limit?
You’ll need to upgrade to a plan that supports more locations. Existing locations keep working — you just can’t add new ones until you upgrade.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No contracts. All plans are month-to-month. Cancel anytime from Shopify Admin.
What payment methods do you accept?
Billing runs through Shopify. Whatever payment method you use for your Shopify subscription works for Getail.
Is Getail free to try?
Yes. The Free plan is free forever for 1 location with core features. Paid plans include a 7-day free trial.
